Matt Zimak For executives
AI for busy executives and operators.
I set up the AI that runs your week: agents and automations for inbox, meetings, research, outreach and content, on your own accounts, discretion included. Less admin, more pipeline, and nothing that depends on me once it runs.
15 minutes, on me. No strings attached.
Where the week goes.
Inbox and calendar eat the mornings.
Triage, scheduling and follow-ups take the hours that were meant for decisions.
Growth work waits.
Outreach, research and content are the first things dropped when the week fills up, and the last to come back.
Discretion included.
It runs on your own accounts, under rules you set.
What runs first.
- Daily work
- Triage, a briefing before every meeting, follow-ups and decisions captured and sent in your voice.
- Growth work
- Research and due-diligence briefs on demand, outreach sequences that book meetings, a content engine that drafts in your voice from what you already say.
- Handover
- The rules written down. You run it, nothing depends on me, and I stay on call monthly if you want that.
A typical month.
Week 1
The audit of your week: where the hours go across inbox, meetings, decisions and research, the two pipelines worth building first, access on your own accounts.
Week 2
Daily work live: triage, a briefing before every meeting, follow-ups and decisions captured and sent in your voice.
Week 3
Growth work live: research briefs on demand, outreach sequences that book meetings, a content engine in your voice.
Week 4
Handover and the rules written down. You run it, nothing depends on me, and I stay on call monthly if you want that.
How it is priced.
The concierge setup is a fixed fee for the four weeks, agreed on the call before anything starts. After handover you own everything; a monthly on-call retainer is optional. No prices on this page: you hear the number on the intro call, and if I am not the right fit, I say so there.
Who this is for.
Executives, operators and high-net-worth individuals who want AI running their week on their own accounts. A founder paying out of their own pocket is the client as a person, and this is the path. Non-technical is fine: you know your work, I bring the systems.
Not a fit: enterprise procurement, a product or platform to build, or being subcontracted through a middleman.
Questions I get before the call.
What does it cost?
The intro call is on me. The concierge setup is a fixed fee for the four weeks, agreed on the call before anything starts. A monthly on-call retainer afterwards is optional.
How much of my time does it take?
Access on your own accounts in week one, then about an hour a week while the pipelines go live. Everything is written down, so the rules stay with you.
What should I bring to the first call?
The one thing that eats your week. A finished brief is not needed.
Start with a call.
Fifteen minutes, on me, no strings attached. Bring the one thing that eats your week; you leave with a straight answer on whether AI can do it, what it would take and what it would cost.
